Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of the late Lynda Kay (nee Hetherington). Loving father of Adam Kay (Allie) and Ashley Mulholland both of Killarney Bay Road. Dear papa of Cheyenne, Lily, Aidan, Mikayla and also papa to Garnet and Vivian. Dear brother of Marlene Gorrill (Ken), Ross Kay (Helen), Shirley McCarther and remembered by his sister-in-law Maureen Kay. Predeceased by his brother Bev Kay and his brother-in-law Murray McCarther. A private family service was held at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. West, Fenelon Falls. Interment at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. A celebration of Steve's life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 238, Fenelon Falls on Monday, October 5, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Hospital for Sick Children and memorial gifts to Castle Keep Retirement would be appreciated by the family.
