Suddenly at Ross Memorial Hospital with family at his side on Thursday, March 9, 2017 in his 77th year. Joe was the beloved husband of the late Hillary Kelly and the late Brenda Kelly. Loving father of Tony Kelly and his wife Paula, Amanda Marshall and her husband Rod and Jolene Kelly. Devoted grandfather of Roxanne, Jocelyn (Ryan), Rhianna, Janelle, Antoinette, Barry (Shayna), Kayla (Alex), Daniel, Lexi and great-grandfather of Chelsea, Adalynn, Charlotte and Kaeden. A celebration of Joe's life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Fenelon Falls Branch 238, 23 Veterans Way on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 1 to 4 pm with a Legion Service at 1:00 pm. Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Fenelon Falls Branch 238 or Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
