BURNETT, Harry Alexander "Alex"
Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital on April 9, 2017. Alex in his 80th year was the beloved husband of Vivian for 55 years. Loving father of Janet Burnett Therien and proud Papa of Philip, Stephen and Charlotte Therien. Dear brother of Jack (Velma) and predeceased by James, Betty Downey, Donald, Murry and brother-in-law Philip Webster. Fondly remembered by Blanche and Stephen Bell, Muriel Burnett, Gilbert Downey and Gayle Webster. Uncle Alex was the life of the party for many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by others who lovingly called him Papa B or Uncle Alex. Visitation will be held at Jardine Funeral Home, 8 Princes' St. W. Fenelon Falls on Wednesday, April 12th from 7 - 9 pm and on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Trentside Baptist Church, 80 Colborne St, Fenelon Falls from 1 - 2 pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00pm. Interment at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. A special thank-you to Dr. Vorster for his years of caring and compassion. If desired donations may be made to Monarch Bible Camp or Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care or a charity of your choice.
