Obituary for Milton Arthur "Milt" Perryman

PERRYMAN, Milton Arthur:
It is with deep sadness we say goodbye to our father and grampa who died peacefully with his family at his side on Thursday May 3, 2018, at Windsor Regional Hospital. Milt was in his 95th year and has left us to be with his beloved wife June (Greenway). Milt was a great man; he was warm, kind, and a private gentleman who always supported his family in every endeavor they pursued. Milt is the dear father of Rob (Lori), Dale (Christine) and a loving grampa to Kyle, Brandan, Ally, Ryan and Jack. Brother of the late Henry, Cliff and Shirley LeCraw. Brother-in-law to Chris and Mary Greaves of Fenelon Falls. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William John and Deborah Alberta (Burley). Milt was a decorated War Veteran from WW II and an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 255, Windsor. He was raised on the family farm in Fenelon Falls and moved to Riverside, Ontario where he started his career as a bus driver with Greyhound Bus Lines where he worked for 43 years. A warm thank-you to the wonderful nurses, physicians and all staff on 6 North WRH. The care Milt received was with compassion and respect, and for that we are extremely grateful. A family graveside service was held at Fenelon Falls Cemetery on Monday May 7, 2018. Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund or the Fenelon Falls Marquee restoration project would be appreciated.
