Sometimes the words "thank you" just do not seem enough to express the way need to tell someone just how special we think you are. This is one of those times.

That is why I am writing this letter to you both today. From that first day - June 16th, when Jeff and I came to ask you to help us through the difficult time we were facing until today when we left Rob standing in the pouring rain at Riverside Cemetery in Lindsay, we have been given the most respectful, dignified and loving care imaginable.

You have both provided the professional service that you offer but have gone one step further and made us feel that you truly cared about our family and the sad ordeal that we were facing. You showed love and caring for our family and made it easier for us to go through the days and weeks ahead of us.

We, Judi, Jeff and myself would like to express our sincere thank you for helping us through this difficult time.

 You fulfilled every wish we asked of you and it all came together exactly as Alan and I wished.

Than you both so much for your kindness, your hugs, your helping us laugh when it was appropriate and allowing us to cry when that was necessary as well.

We send our love sincerely to you both.

Thank you for your nice letter and the lovely book marks, I know both Colleen and Kevin and I will treasure them always.

You both did a marvelous, caring job of Herb's service. We have had many, many compliments from friends and relatives about it and our Michelle, she is one in many millions.

Herb and I spoke about knowing the people who would be doing the service before we moved and asked Michelle about doing the service since we were going to keep our membership in the Fenelon Falls United Church. She told us you would be able to do the service even from here. I must say it was like extra family to lean on when the going got real bad. Thank you and thanks so much for all the help you both gave Colleen and Kevin in our difficult time.
