Condolences

Condolence From: Jennifer Paton
Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am a high school teacher in Haliburton, and I had the good fortune to work with Bob on more than one committee over the years, most recently on planning for the kitchen and hospitality program at the Adult and Alternative Education Centre at Victoria Street School in Haliburton. I always enjoyed meetings with Bob because he was so positive and courteous, as well as dedicated to the best interests of the students. The school board was very lucky to receive the gifts of his time and attention over the years.

best wishes,
Jennifer Paton

Condolence: Dear Patti:

On behalf of my mother, my sister Rosemary, and myself, we wish to express our deepest sympathies and condolences on the passing of your father.

It seems as if it was only yesterday that your father was walking up and down Pauline Avenue canvassing for support for the office of Trustee with the Toronto Board. What a great contribution he made not only in serving in public office, but it was also great to see that he continued with this passion in his new place of residence by holding public office with the Trillium Lakelands DSB.

Please also extend our condolences to your mom and your brother.

To this day, my sister and I reminisce about your father's public service, your family's florist shop, and your friendship in creating such wonderful memories that we experienced growing up on Pauline Avenue.

Again, our deepest sympathies and condolences,

Bruno Muzzi

Condolence: Dear Mrs. Orr:
My deepest sympathy! He was a great guy to work with. I was director of the Toronto Board for a number of years while Bob served (with Chick Johnson - another great guy). Bob and I searched together for the legal firm that still represents the TDSB. His many friends here will mourn his loss! Please pass on my condolences to the rest of the family.

Condolence: I did not know Bob personally but I have heard and read about him for several years. He always seemed like an honourable and dedicated man who served us well as trustee and most importantly, served our children well. He will be missed by many who never met him.
Our prayers are with you.

Condolence: We wish to express our deepest sympathy for your loss. When we think back to all of the great moments we shared together, the birthdays, Christmas celebrations, weddings and all of the other special moments we have spent together, these moments have passed but we will never forget the love and care that Bob exuded. We share your empathy. Try to remember the many happy moments and love that Bob left behind. Bob was true gentlemen who will be sadly missed.
