Francis Vorey  Ogilvie
Ogilvie, Francis (1928-2008): Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital with his family at his side on Thursday, February 28, 2008. Francis Ogilvie , in his 80th year, was the beloved husband of Reta Harvey after 33 years of marriage and predeceased by his first wife Shirley Dunham. Dear father of Marsha and Willis of Nova Scotia, Deanna and Ed of Germany, Reg and June of Nova Scotia and Jacob predeceased. Lovingly remembered by his 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and predeceased by one grandson. Stepfather of Reg and Joanne, Wayne and Cathy, Gary, Shelley and Rob, Cindy and Scott, Susan and Mark and son in law of Joe Kerr. Step grandfather of 13 step grandchildren and 7 step greatgrandchildren. Brother of Myrna and Les, Bessie, Calvin and Edith, Malcolm and Aliceand predeceased by Marion, Everett and Eleanor. A celebration of Francis' life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #238, 23 Veterans Way, Fenelon Falls on Saturday, March 15, 2008 from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Respite Care or Community Care, Fenelon Falls would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 8 Princes' St. W. Fenelon Falls.
