Condolence: My heart goes out to Denis, Joanne, Jennifer and all of Pat's family and friends. I have known Pat for 60 years; she and her late sister, Carol--who was and always will be my best friend--were part of our family when we were growing up. In all that time, I don't ever remember Pat raising her voice. The qualities I will always remember her for are that she was a devoted wife and aunt; that she was crazy for animals, especially her dogs; that she was a gifted artist, although she never pursued that path; that she was a kind, thoughtful person who put others' needs before her own. The world could use more gentle souls like Pat. A sad loss.

Condolence: The last time I saw Pat was the Ware reunion and what still stands out was her gentle manner. Kind words and a generous smile will be what I remember. My thoughts are with Dennis and all friends and family who had the pleasure of knowing her, even if brief like me.
