Perry, Douglas

Passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, December 26, 2016 at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Formerly of Fenelon Falls, Doug was in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of 57 years to Mary Perry (nee Kylie) and proud, loving father of Mike Perry and his daughter (in-law) Jill Caines of Little Britain. Doting grandpa to Abigail. Doug is survived by his brother Ken Perry and his wife Edna of Scarborough and is the uncle of Robin, Susan and Jason. He will also be fondly remembered by his many extended Kylie and Anstess family members as well as numerous friends. Doug's family will receive friends at St. James Anglican Church, 19 Bond Street East, Fenelon Falls, on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. to celebrate his life. A coffee-hour reception will follow. If desired, donations may be made in Doug's memory to St. James Anglican Church, Fenelon Falls or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
