Paul helped me in many aspects of my life. I met Paul, through my job with Phil Webster Concrete Construction. When Phil passed and I started my own concrete company, Presely and Moore supported me with their work. Then again through LPD Homes. Personally, always there with an open ear and as rough around the edges as he may have appeared, the kindness Man.

Paul and I play's Oldtimers Hockey together for many years in Fenelon Falls and at a Baysville Hockey Tournament, we bunked together at the Comfort Inn in Huntsville.

After our first game was over on the Friday evening, we head to Huntsville to check in.

On our arrival Paul approached the front desk, with me following behind. Paul, with his Fenelon Falls Minor Hockey leather jacket on and work boots with laces undone. From behind the desk, we hear in a meak/soft voice " May I help you?" with a silght lisp..........

Paul in his rough voice " Yeah I had a room booked."

I know exactly what Paul is thinking tho, after hearing the Inn keepers voice " This guy is a little light in the loafers!

The Inn keeper asks Paul if he wishes two double beds. My mind is in over drive, well watching and listening to Paul interact with his new found friend.

Paul " Of course, there's two of us!" Hands in his pocket, work boots undone and leather coat hanging open.

I sieze the moment prefectly......

From behind him I say in my best light in the loafers voice and with a great lisp......

" But Paul, You promised Me, We would get a Theme Room this weekend!"

Paul next sentence to me is best left unsaid here!

But, Paul as said to you many times since. I will never forget the Look on your face when you turn and looked at me!!!

Priceless!!!!!!
