Old Style Military Outfit

I recall Josh appearing at our door dressed in his red military outfit.  I remember that he did this on several Halloween nights... and his face always beamed with joy when Rita and I commented on how great ...

Josh was my cross street neighbour in Ottawa.  My hobby was welding and he came over several times to see what I was doing.  Next thing I knew, he was off to welding school in Toronto... when he returned, he stick-welded way better than me...
